Refund policy

FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY

We are so honored to have you as a customer and want you to have an enjoyable and friendly shopping experience with us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of receipt. Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. This includes gift boxes and velvet pouches. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way.

If any order items are damaged during transit contact us immediately for assistance within 30 days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving or alterations of any kind. There is no warranty on color (as far as how it will last), color changes, etc. If you experience a stone loss or some measure of damage, we will do our best to assist you with fixing the issue, the cost of which would fall on the customer, unless circumstances qualify otherwise.  We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items.

We want you to be happy so we will always do our very best to ensure we do the right thing by our customers.
